The premier Snowcross series in Europe is back and bigger than ever! Last year saw Europe’s top Snowcross racers kick off the season under the lights at Boden’s Energi Arena with Dominator racing! That was then followed up with three rounds of big air and bar-2-bar action in Boden, Sweden and Oulu, Finland where Gustav Sahlsten, Hilda Öhman, and Pontus Lundström were crowned champions in the premier classes. YPV Motorsports would win the Team challenge with their supercharged roster of Sahlsten, Lundström, Thea Arnesson, and Davina!

This coming winter, all competitions will continue to be two-day, some Friday-Saturday and some Saturday-Sunday competitions. On Saturdays, all classes are included: Junior classes, Sport and three Pro classes: Pro Open, Pro Women and Pro Lite. On the second day, whether it's Friday or Saturday, there are three Pro classes: Pro Open, Pro Women and Pro Lite.

This year we are upping the ante with the 2024 season returning to Boden's Energi Arena in Sweden on February 9-10. The second competition will be held in Finland on March 16-17, the location will be announced shortly. The third race is planned to be held in Norway, the date and location of which will be announced soon. The champions of the Junior and Sport classes will be crowned in this third round.

The TOP 12 drivers of the Pro Open, Pro Women and Pro Lite points will continue their battle at the Grand Finale in the Austrian Alps in Wildkogel on May 24-25! An event called Bacher Skidoo Metall Summercross has been organized in the same place two years before. It is a completely unique race event, which is run at an altitude of 2,200 meters at the top of the Alps. At the same time, in the valley where the accommodations are located, it is already +20 degrees warm at that time.

This trip to the Alps will be a reward for each of the 36 drivers who make it. The transportation of race sleds from the Nordic countries to Austria and back is organized free of charge for competitors! In the Nordic countries, the sleds are packed onto transport trucks about 2 weeks before the Austrian Games. When the drivers get to the race site and take the 2.5 km Gondola lift to the top of the Wildkogel mountain, they will find their sleds ready for real action without even leaving the lift building! All in all, it is a completely unique and new kind of experience for everyone who can join!

We are ecstatic about the competition calendar for this coming winter! Our goal has always been to build the best tracks, offer memorable experiences for drivers and the public, and develop Snowcross comprehensively. With our industry leading live stream, the eyes of the world will be on our racers this winter as they battle for greatness! Fans will be able to watch as they attempt to achieve greatness from around the globe with all competitions offering commentary in English, Finnish and Swedish!

We believe that this year will be more amazing than ever before and a completely new step for the whole of European Snowcross! Stay tuned and follow @snowcross.fi on Instagram and Facebook!
